Third Party Services
Depending on what features and services you use we store different data.
Splitbee
To tracks visitor interaction with the website we use Splitbee. That being said, we do not transmit any personal data to Splitbee. IPs are anonmyized and cookie usage is deactivated for Splitbee. The data we gather is stored for 2 months.
Netlify
The website is hosted via the service Netlify. By visiting the website Netlify stores access logs including the IP addresses, stored for less than 30 days.
Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Sirportly
To manage incoming requests via email as well as social media correspandance we use the service Sirportly. Further information can be found on the Sirportly Privacy Statement.
